Evans Consulting Selected to Lead IBTTA Foundation Leadership Academy in 2024
Falls Church, VA – September 7, 2023 – Evans Consulting, an industry leader in providing high-quality management and leadership development services, has been selected by the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Foundation to direct the 2024 IBTTA Leadership Academy Executive Development Program. This program will provide crucial training to mid-to-senior level managers from public and private sector organizations that serve the toll industry.

The IBTTA Foundation Leadership Academy Executive Development Program will be directed by Lindsey Robertson-Lentz and a team of transportation leadership development professionals from Evans Consulting. The Evans team will include instructors and facilitators who have guided the Leadership Academy since its inception, including the program’s former director Dr. Barbara Gannon. The instructional team will be supported by the tolling industry knowledge of numerous distinguished instructors from the public and private sectors, all of whom volunteer their time to support the development of the industry’s leaders.
Founded in 2008, the IBTTA Leadership Academy is a week-long course tailored specifically for managers within the toll industry to prepare for executive leadership opportunities. Participants will build skills in stakeholder engagement, collaborative partnerships, diversity and inclusion, navigating politics and policy, strategic management and envisioning the future of tolling. More than 475 professionals have graduated from this program since its inception.
