Leadership

Jack Moore

Managing Partner
Jack Moore Headshot

As one of our Managing Partners and a co-owner, Jack’s primary responsibilities are making sure our people have the opportunity to develop as leaders and ensuring they have access to the resources needed to meet our mission. His real passion, though, is promoting Evans’s talented team and sharing our empathetic and evidence-based brand to anyone that will listen.

Jack is open about having ADHD. But he’s learned to channel this “super-power” to fuel his curiosity and courage, and encourages others to use neurodiversity to unleash zany ideas that can become transformative and innovative solutions for our customers’ and Evans own challenges. He’s also an extreme extrovert, using his WOO to build strong relationships with our employees, customers, and partners. You can frequently find him wandering around our office, or out in the business community, striking up engaging conversations and building lasting friendships.

Charisma is not his only talent. Jack has nearly thirty years of government and commercial consulting experience across a variety of industries. He has a BA in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Duke University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jack lives in Fairfax with his wife, Debbie, who is the CFO at Legal Services Corporation. They’re recently empty-nesters, with a daughter who’s a senior at University of South Carolina and a son who’s a “first year” baseball player at UVA.

Jack’s leadership philosophy:

“The best leaders are like mirrors: they reflect the best in their team members, kindly show them where they can improve, and then step aside to let them shine.”
