Celebrating the Outstanding Achievements of Evans Employees
At Evans, we believe in recognizing and rewarding employees who go above and beyond in their jobs. Every year, we hold an award ceremony where we get to acknowledge our outstanding employees who have proven themselves as exceptional team players and problem-solvers. This year was no different – we had several employees who stood out in their work, and we want to take a moment to celebrate their achievements.
Corinne Grimaldi is the winner of the Values & Culture award in honor of Ana Gross. Corinne has made a substantial impact on Evans’s organizational culture by supporting her teammates, sharing client work lessons learned, and her substantial contributions leading our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives including a full schedule of CSR volunteer projects, community events, and donor-advised fund. Corinne embodies Evan’s values and culture, and we’re proud to have her on our team.
We also want to give a shoutout to the winners of the Rockstar Rookie award: Bobbi DeSantis (strategic infrastructure), as well as Liz Ittner and Shannon Stearman (client delivery). These three individuals joined Evans between July 2022 and June 2023 and have already demonstrated their commitment to high-quality service. They identified and seized new opportunities, acted with ownership, and built strong partnerships to work with others. We’re excited to see what they’ll accomplish in the future.
Rasha Fakhreddine is the well-deserving recipient of the Collaborator award. Rasha builds strong partnerships, seeks to understand differences, excels in understanding the value of differences, and encourages diverse ideas and opinions. Rasha’s efforts have not only improved our organizational culture but helped us better serve our clients and communities.
Allison Nicholls is the winner of the Solutionist award. Allison takes on new challenges with a sense of urgency, tackles complex issues, and is a highly effective innovator. Whether working in a group or one-on-one, Allison creates and delivers high-quality results. We’re fortunate to have her on our team and can’t wait to see what she’ll accomplish next.
This year, we are also proud to highlight the fantastic accomplishments of the DSS WRM Team, winners of the T.E.A.M award. The team members, Rasha Fakhreddine, Tiffany Ivey, Timothy McElroy, Lindsey Robertson-Lentz, and Jessica Sussman, have demonstrated their exceptional dedication and professionalism, and we are delighted to honor them with the T.E.A.M Award recognizing the team’s dynamic collaboration, adaptability to customer challenges and ambiguous situations, excellent delivery on unique solutions that exceed customer expectations and willingness to collaborate with diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
We’re incredibly proud of the Evan’s employees who received awards at our annual ceremony. These individuals embody our values and culture and continue to make substantial impacts on our organization, clients, and communities.
