Stephanie joined Evans Consulting in 2012 after a decade of developing, implementing, and managing programs and projects in and outside of the public sector. Stephanie relies on her ability to see the problems beneath the problem and works collaboratively with her Evans clients to find solutions to their most complex challenges.

Stephanie manages Evans strategic and day-to-day operations for Evans diverse portfolio of work. She is continually improving processes and teams that ensure Evans’s clients thrive. She collaborates with her clients leveraging her large portfolio of experience in best practices implementation, strategic planning, designed experiences, leadership offsite and workgroup facilitation, process improvement projects, investment planning, communications, risk management, resource management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Stephanie holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. She also is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds Prosci® Change Management certification.

In a past life, Stephanie lived and worked in China, Japan, Iraq, and Afghanistan as well as managed multiple multi-million-dollar projects throughout the African continent. She finally found her home at Evans in 2012, where she lives her passion every day: finding and developing the best people, connecting them to meaningful opportunities, and removing barriers that drive Evans’s teams and their clients to success.
