Evans Consulting Partners with MetroStrat on Navy Contract to Transform Financial Management Operations
In an ambitious move to enhance the financial management operations within the Department of the Navy (DON), MetroStrat, along with its partners Evans Consulting, Clarendon Partners, and Pontis Federal Solutions (collectively, Team MetroStrat), received an award on the pivotal five-year, $249 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) DON Financial Operations & Transformation Services Small Business IDIQ contract. This contract forms a core part of the DON’s strategic initiative to enhance its financial operations.
The DON’s initiative is a comprehensive endeavor aimed at enhancing financial management processes, personnel, and overall capabilities. Among 50 competitors, MetroStrat and its partners stood out, securing a prime position to lead critical functions including budget management, accounting, data reconciliation, and system modernization. The objective is to equip senior leaders with timely, precise financial and logistics data, fostering more informed decision-making and efficient resource management.
Evans Consulting, as part of Team MetroStrat, will be instrumental in helping the DON transform their financial systems, people and processes by utilizing its expertise in strategic planning, change management, and workforce and talent management.
