About OASIS+ Program

OASIS+ is a governmentwide contract program recognized as a Best-in-Class (BIC) solution by the Office of Management and Budget. This designation makes OASIS+ a preferred governmentwide solution, ensuring high standards and streamlined procurement processes for federal agencies.

The OASIS+ program consists of six distinct Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts designed under various small-business set-aside programs and an additional IDIQ awarded on an unrestricted basis:

  • Total Small Business (SB)
  • Small Business Administration (SBA)–Certified 8(a) Small Business (8a)
  • SBA-Certified HUBZone Small Business (HZ)
  • SBA-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
  • SBA-Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)
  • Unrestricted (UR)
