Evans Consulting Awarded Federal Contract for Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support (ATEPS) II Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA)
Evans Consulting is pleased to announce its recent award of a pivotal contract from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in support of the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Program Management Office (PMO). The Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support (ATEPS) II is a significant step forward in our ongoing collaboration with the FAA to enhance the National Airspace System (NAS).
Evans Consulting has earned a reputation for excellence within the FAA, with over 15 years of partnership in providing technical, management, and strategic support to the FAA’s ATO PMO and key FAA stakeholder organizations in the definition, evaluation, management, and development of programs and initiatives related to NAS and non-NAS systems designed to ensure the safety and efficiency of Air Traffic operations. Under the ATEPS II contract, Evans Consulting plays a crucial role in enhancing the safety, efficiency, and capacity of air travel across the nation. Our focus will be on strategic planning and management development and integration; and our commitment to client satisfaction and innovation is reflected in our ability to place our consultants alongside decision-makers, ensuring impactful collaboration. Our range of services under ATEPS 2 includes program and project management, acquisition strategy, organizational performance, workforce optimization, human capital management, communications, mission support, strategic planning, design thinking, technology strategy, transformation, and change management. A contributor to Evans successful recompete of the ATEPS contract is our team’s ability to work cohesively behind the scenes, facilitating coordinated cross-program collaboration that enhances product quality and reduces rework. This approach has conservatively enabled the reuse or repurposing of approximately 120 deliverables annually across PMO customers, resulting in an estimated $1.5 million cost avoidance for the FAA since the original ATEPS award.
